Yes, but only specific models. TRUSOON and ZEUMIE both accommodate 10-16 foot ceilings with adjustable ropes. Wallmaster units work best under 10 feet. Measure your exact ceiling height before purchasing, as rope length is often the limiting factor.
Are 2-pack pulley systems worth the savings?

How do I know if my ceiling is strong enough?
Ceiling joists (not drywall) must support the load. Find joists with a stud finder and mount directly into wood using lag bolts. For concrete ceilings, use included expansion anchors.
