Use ultra-fine line for minimal chalk deposit. Snap lines just before setting tile. For vertical applications, seal chalk line with light hairspray mist to improve adhesion.
Can I use regular chalk in these reels?
Yes, but fine-grade chalk designed for chalk reels adheres better and produces sharper lines. Avoid coarse chalk that clogs the reel mechanism and creates fuzzy marks.
